Size Range: OD: 6-88mm, WT: 1-15mm, Length: 5.8m/6m, maximal 11.8m
Application: Shock Absorber, Hydraulic Cylinder, Gas Spring, Seat Lifter Pipe, Motor Casing Pipe, Seat Modulator Pipe, etc.
Delivery Condition:
1. BK (+C) No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
2. BKW (+LC) After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
3. BKS (+SR) After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
4. GBK (+A) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
5. NBK (+N) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper
Cold Drawn on the seamless steel tubes, to reach high accuracy on the OD and WT tolerance
Quality Control:
1. Incoming Raw Material Inspection
2. Raw Material Segregation to avoid steel grade mix-up
3. Heating and Hammering End for Cold Drawing
4. Cold Drawing or Cold Rolling, On line inspection
5. Heat Treatment:BKS, GBK, NBK
6. Straightening/Cutting to specified length/Finished Measuring Inspection
7. Quality Testing in own lab with Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation, Hardness, Straightness, etc.
